Mr. Wood has been a director of PECO since April 2016. Mr. Wood served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of EnergySolutions, Inc., a leading services provider to the nuclear industry, from June 2012 until his retirement in June 2023. Prior to that, Mr. Wood held the role of Chief Financial Officer at numerous public and private companies, including Actian Corporation, Silicon Graphics, Liberate Technologies, and InterTrust Technologies. Mr. Wood was a director of Steinway Musical Instruments, Inc.

Jeff Edison co-founded Phillips Edison & Company and has served as a principal since 1995. He currently serves as Chairman and CEO.
From 1991 to 1995, he was employed by NationsBank’s South Charles Realty Corporation, serving as a Senior Vice President from 1993 until 1995 and as a Vice President from 1991 until 1993. Jeff was employed by Morgan Stanley Realty Incorporated from 1987 until 1990 and The Taubman Company from 1984 until 1987.

Bob Myers currently serves as President. Bob Myers joined Phillips Edison & Company in 2003 as a Senior Leasing Manager, was promoted to Regional Leasing Manager in 2005 and became Vice President of Leasing in 2006. He was named Senior Vice President of Leasing and Operations in 2009, Chief Operating Officer in 2010 and Executive Vice President in 2020. He was named President on January 1, 2024.

John Caulfield is the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Executive Vice President for Phillips Edison & Company. John joined Phillips Edison in 2014 as Vice President, Treasurer and Investor Relations where he was responsible for treasury management and investor relations. In January 2016, he was promoted to Senior Vice President of Finance, responsible for financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, capital markets, risk management and investor relations. John took on the role of Chief Financial Officer in August of 2019.

Tanya has served as our General Counsel since January 2015, as Secretary since November 2018, as Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer from August 2021 to January 2024, and as Executive Vice President since February 2022. Prior to that, she served as our Senior Vice President. She joined Phillips Edison & Company in 2013 as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel.

Cherilyn Megill joined Phillips Edison & Company in 2013 as the Vice President of Marketing & Communications and was promoted to Chief Marketing Officer in January 2017.
Prior to joining Phillips Edison, she was the Vice President of Marketing for Retail Properties of America, Inc. from 2005-2013, where she was instrumental in the rebranding as part of their initial public offering. Before that, she served as Director of Marketing with The Boyer Company. Prior to joining Boyer, she was the Senior Director of Marketing and Tourism for TrizecHahn.

Jennifer Robison joined Phillips Edison & Company in 2014 as Senior Vice President & Chief Accounting Officer. She oversees the accounting, financial reporting, and treasury functions, with an internal team of approximately 70 people. Jennifer focuses on running an efficient, yet effective accounting department that is scalable for long-term growth and includes the use of outsourcing to help with staff augmentation.

Keith Rummer joined Phillips Edison & Company in 2012. Prior to joining Phillips Edison, he served as Vice President, Associate Relations & Compliance with the global eyewear manufacturer/retailer Luxottica (brands LensCrafters, Pearle Vision, Sunglass Hut and others) from 2008-2012.

Greg Clough is the Senior Vice President of Development and Redevelopment at Phillips Edison & Company. Greg joined the company in 2008 as Senior Director of Redevelopment, and was promoted to Vice President Redevelopment in 2011, then to Vice President Redevelopment, Portfolio Management in 2015. Prior to joining Phillips Edison, Greg had a successful career working for developers such as David Hocker & Associates, Heritage Property Investment Trust, and Centro Properties.
