Women Leaders of PECO: Melissa Kosciuszko
Senior Regional Property Manager, Melissa Kosciuszko joined PECO in June of 2019. A Certified Property Manager, Melissa is responsible for fourteen properties, totaling almost 1.5 Million square feet, located from Georgia to Florida. In addition to her daily responsibilities, in 2021 Melissa also applied for and obtained a WELL Health-Safety rating for PECO’s Cincinnati offices and started PECO’s first annual PECO Property Showdown.
Women Leaders of PECO: Katelyn Wloszek
Katelyn Wloszek, PECO’s Director of Customer Experience, joined PECO in November of 2015 as a Regional Property Manager managing a portfolio of properties in the Cincinnati / Greater Dayton area. She was promoted to Senior Regional Property Manager in 2019 and was awarded PECO’s Property Manager of the Year Award in early 2021. Katelyn took on her current role in October of 2020.

Cherilyn Megill joined PECO in 2013 and currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer Senior Vice President of Marketing Communications. Under Cherilyn’s leadership, the PECO Marketing & Communications team plans and executes initiatives designed to tie directly into the company’s overall mission and goals, supporting and generating bottom line results.
