The Common Stock issued in our underwritten IPO began trading on the Nasdaq on July 15, 2021 under the ticker symbol "PECO".
Stock held by investors prior to the IPO was converted into Class B common stock following the reverse stock split. The Class B common stock will automatically convert to the Nasdaq-listed Common Stock on January 15, 2022. The following business day (Tuesday, January 18, 2022), it can be traded into the open market.
Class B common stock is fully transferrable using our transfer paperwork, which can be downloaded here.
The most recent declared distribution was $0.085 per share, or $1.02 per share when annualized.1 When adjusting for the one-for-three reverse stock split that took place on July 2, 2021, the distribution rate has been consistent each month throughout 2021.
