KC Bills joined Phillips Edison & Company in 2017 as Regional Vice President of Portfolio Management, overseeing PECO’s western region. He was promoted to Vice President of Portfolio Management and Development in 2019 and Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management and Development in 2024. His work sourcing and executing on new ground-up development opportunities in the West, along with streamlining and improving the overall process nationwide, has been instrumental in growing our outparcel development pipeline.
Prior to PECO, KC served as VP of Investment and Development at Trammell Company where he sourced, raised capital, entitled and developed over 2M SF of retail, office, and multi-family projects, including: Park District Tower, Legacy Tower, Knox Heights, M-Line Tower and Lake Highlands Town Center.
KC earned a BS in Real Estate from BYU and an MBA in Finance from Kellogg–Northwestern.
