Vasili Lyhnakis joined PECO in 2006 as a Junior Leasing Associate, was promoted to Senior Leasing Associate in 2008, to Director of Leasing in 2013, to Regional Vice President of Leasing in 2015 and to Vice President of Leasing, West in 2019. Vasili was named Senior Vice President of Leasing – West in 2024.  He was PECO’s Leasing Top Producer in 2008.

Vasili's robust work ethic and diverse skill set were honed from an early age at his family's establishment, Astro Burgers. Starting at the age of 12, he mastered various roles from dishwashing to food preparation, and line cooking, eventually managing operations including food ordering, payroll, and employee scheduling. His adeptness at fostering relationships with municipalities facilitated the expansion of the family business through strategic land acquisitions and retail site development. This experience ignited Vasili's passion for commercial real estate, leading him to a successful career at Phillips Edison.

Vasili earned a BS in Finance from the University of Utah and an MBA from Westminster College.
